DESPERATELY NEED HELP, PLEASE LOOK!

hey guys, im from australia.. i bought a hookah from the local kurdish bakery. i have coco nara coals, a cobra hose, phunnel bowl & romman shisha. somehow i seem to get bad taste! as in, the taste gives me the shivers.. its weird, any suggestions?

I only know basics, but here are the thoughts I have had.

Did you clean the hookah after you got it? Are you accidentally scorching or burning the shisha?

Upload some pics of your hookah and how you pack and foil.
Check that the hose isn't soured.

Thanks, although i clean it all the time & also check the shisha during sessions.. looks normal and fine to me!

it could be the hose. I've got a cobra hose too. i find that most of the time i have the metallic/chemically taste its from a hose with a metal tip or metal parts. I hate that!

ABSOLUTELY. I would recommend a nammor, nogoom, razan, km, anything like that. These are great because they are washable, and plastic. Plus they come in pretty colors. I'm a fan of aesthetics myself lol.
But yes, unfortunately, every hose I have with metal involved (Ba Barkir, cobra, etc) have at one point gone really chemically and sour on me. I love the nice plastic hoses for just that reason.
Great deals at great vendors on them too! 5starhookah.com, hookah-shisha.com, and texashookah.com. I've bought hoses from all three.

So yes, definitely recommend a nammor or other of that type.

OMG! I CALLED 999! YOU OK!? Lol, dude, a better title would go a long way rather then "HELP!". Well to test if the hose is the problem, take out the hose and smoke directly from the Hookah port. If the taste is the same -> It is NOT your hose. However, if it is a better and fuller taste -> then it IS your hose.

Honestly bro, go to the doctors and get a check up done. I have a lot of metal hoses, but none of them gave me the shivers

Lol I think the doctor is a little overboard. I would do what zukky recommended first. If the taste is still there search your hookah for rust, that may also be throwing it off.

yeah clean your hookah throughly , i dont think romman shisha is very good for one thing.. and possible a better hose eventually my friend had a cobra hose there not the best

The hookah needs a thorough cleaning.
Your packing method is off.
The shisha is crap.
Rust.

When I first started smoking I bought a basic rig from my local shop not knowing the hose was not washable I washed it after a few weeks I got that taste and started getting sick I ripped it open and it was rusted so maybe it can be some Rust somewhere?

I got it for free with my km and the flavor was just entirely too strong and made me queasy as well
