Exclamation New to Hookah Pro and the Hookah community

Hi, I am new to the Hookah community, and to Hookah Pro. And I was wondering if anyone has any good advice for a beginner.
I would like to know where there is a good place to get hookahs, shisha, and coals. Also I would like to find a good portable hookah, since I really donít have my own place. However I am still interested in a good full size hookah. Also any other advice that people would like to share with me would be most appreciated.

hookah-shisha.com...my opinion has great stuff for beginners and for experts...go with a small mya or something they are easy to carry around andyoull probably get a case with it...plus theyll give you free coals and shisha to start

you came to the most informative and user freindly hookah community. I have researching all of them out there and I have yet to find one comparable to HP. Also, you asked all of the right questions for a new member. Welcome to HP and you'll find what you're looking for shortly

Welcome. Your best bet is to read the forums and take from it what you will. Also experience is the best teacher.
Asking for all the advice we could offer to you is like asking the same of a college professor.

Situationally I can say that since you don't have a place of your own I would grab quick light coals. Golden or 3 Kings are pretty good. If you happen to use a coil burner than get some bulk natural. The naturals a cheap and work pretty ok.
Figure out a local shop and shop around if there are more than one.

*************.com, Nazarhookah.com
Smaller vendors that actually pay more attention to customers.
Both will have you set up and ripping in no time.

Thanks for the quick replies and warm welcomes.
I have seen the Sambooka's videos and they were great. I will make it a point to check out all the websites mentioned above.

Now as for this suggestion, can you please explain in more detail the differences between the different types of hookahs?

Mya's are chinese, KM's and MZ's are egyptian, and Syrians are syrians.
Most of the people here will say KM's and syrians are the best, but it's all about the user. If you can a bowl well, you can get anything to rip clouds.
Also, a thing about km's and syrians is that most of them do not break down, making them hard to carry around, while mya's easily break down and can be stored/carried anywhere.

What he meant by "bowl well," was packing a bowl of tobacco well.

It all depends on the tobacco, too.

Those are both brands of Egyptian-style hookahs.

Khalil Mahmoon (pronounced "Haleel mahmoon") and Magdy Zidjan, respectively.
