Thumbs down Al-Amir Hmmm...

Hey this is my first post on Hookah Pro so i hope i amaze you . So i have recently bought 2 Al-Amir flavours, Banana and Melon. I tried the Banana and i couldnt get any somke and its tasted like coal and ash. Secondly the Melon, i started smoking it and i got some pretty decent clouds and it suddenly died out and started tasting like ash and coal.
Please could you tell me if i got 2 bad batches or are these two flavour actually that bad.
Thanks for all your help.

I'm not aware of any fake Al Amir on the market. It sounds like, if you are tasting your coals, that they may not be thoroughly lit.Pease be sure your coals are THOROUGHLY lit on both sides before smoking. Otherwise, you could get ill.
I've tried te AA melon and can assure you that it should not taste like ash(ass,...maybe).You may also be burning your tobacco.

Not sure why you'd taste coal or ash unless your coal wasn't lit all the way. If they are 50 gram packs don't expect to be wowed by the flavor. Every 50 G pack of AA I've ever tried was totally tasteless.

If something tastes like coal you either:

1) failed to fully light your coals
2) need to use better coals
3) got your heat management way off.

Al Amir's regular has some good flavours although they are far from my favorite. Generally speaking, bad sessions are far more likely to be a result of a problemed setup rather then the moassel.

Al Amir has VERY little flavor and smoke. There are only 2 flavors of Al Amir that are tasty and they are Apple, and White Grape. I would steer clear of every other flavor they produce, I have had a few and they are flavorless.
