Yes, but it has a very slight tingle when you inhale for a prolonged period. I mix it with normal shisha to even that out, and add a sweet flavor, which the chai doesnt have. All of their flavors so far have received excellent reviews here on HP.

yea, i thought about that too... i definitely hate cigarettes, and kinda have this little thought of hesitation when i load a bowl of shisha just due to the simple fact that it's tobacco i'm gonna be smoking. if this herbal shisha puts up the same ammount of smoke and is just as tasty, i may end up switching from normal to herbal... does herbal shisha still contain nicotine?

if you are so concerned, why smoke? smoking ANYTHING is more hazardous than not smoking at all.

well, i mean it's fun, but i like hookah because it's a social catalyst. I never hookah alone, i'll only smoke when there are ppl around me that want to. It's not like i smoke everyday or anything, i was just curious about possible healthier alternatives to shisha

dude if you invited me over to smoke some herbal shisha, I would never hang out with you again LOL

Drinking is also a social catalyst, but why sit at a bar and drink non alcoholic beer?

I don't get the not liking tobacco thing. Saying you don't like tobacco because of cigarettes is like saying you hate wine because MD 20/20 tastes like crap or saying you hate beef because McDonalds hamburgers are junk.

If you are talking about health the reality is that anti-tobacco research is and always has been junk science. I will also point out that no reason exists to think that smoking crushed sugar cane/glycerin/molasses is somehow less harmful then smoking tobacco/glycerin/molasses.

Being herbal doesn't make something less harmful then any other type of organic matter in and of it self. So called herbal shisha is not herbal as sugar cane is not a herb.

i was just wonderin about the nicotine intake...
this whole herbal idea is fairly new to me, so i'm still kinda juggling the idea around in my head. It seems decent, but i do like the buzz i get from the real thing, i think nicotine free shisha would probably ease my mind a lot more

Soex is a nontobacco, no nicotine, and no tar, herbal shisha. Soex comes in many different flavors. Peach, mint, blueberry are all pretty good flavors in SOEX. Haven't gotten around to trying all the flavors just yet though.

I can't say that I recommend Soex. My experience with it lead to terrible headaches. I will try salaam one of these days, but in the meantime am enjoying "normal" hookah tobacco.

Soex = skip
Hookah-Hookah's Black Lable = for the most part skip (1 was ok, the other gave nasty headaches)

I would say if your 100% for herbal, try the Saalaam (i will next time I order from HC).

But as other have pointed out - SMOKING ANYTHING, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, IS NOT HEALTHY.

NICOTINE OR NOT.
