Default thanks to hurricane ike

i have a good excuse to stay home and smoke im thankful to have power, most people around houston still dont. one tip i can give everyone during a hurricane is make sure you get some QLs before it hits, cause all i have is naturals and when the power goes out lighting naturals is kind of a pain haha. i cant really go out and do anyhting cause everyplace is either out of power or under water, so i stay home and smoke my hookah to pass the time until things get back together. anyways hookah is great during a disaster haha

haha yea luckily like i said i have power already, it just sucks i cant drive anywhere cause gas is scarce and even if i did, theres no where to go cause everythings closed. im just glad to have AC and a fridge to keep the food preserved, many people dont have that. hookah definately has pulled through for me through this time haha, and thanks for the concerns!

ya hurricanes are a pita, a few years back, there was one that came though here, it was a class "1" when it hit but it did a lot more damage than expected (1000s of trees down in our 500 home neighborhood). no power for 12 days by the time they got back to us since we were in the back of the neighborhood. sucked, luckily our neighbors had a gas water heater and went to stay with family so they left their keys for us to take hot showers.

South GA is pretty good, the shape of the US and the Georgia Bight divert most hurricanes from here. We just get tons of rain when they hit the Florida panhandle, but no major damage. Plus a lack of earthquakes or other natural disasters, apart from the occasional tornado. But anyways, glad to hear you are okay, and that you have a good excuse to smoke hookah :-P

i think one huge earthquake is better than 3 cat 4 hurricanes every year hahaha anyway.. if you live in georgia though you can't watch the top ranked USC football team play.. just a bunch of puppies like Georgia -_- hahaha

I'm down here in very South South Florida, although we have been pretty lucky down here on dodging these storms (knock on wood), I am hoping that any major storms steer away.
