Default Cleaning Hookah

Hi guys.

I was just wandering what the best way to clean your hookah is. I have had my hookah for about a year and it has a funny tobacco smell in the stem that seems to interfere with the taste of the smoke. My vase seems to be fine and I just bought a new hose incase that is the issue. But I really think my issue is in the stem. Any help or ideas would be great.

Happy Smoking

I don't know why, but I've never seen gunk in my water bowl so I put in some baking soda and it rinsed well out!

The lemon juice and baking soda mix cleans very well. And unlike using soap it wont leave a residue or anything that will alter the taste of the tobacco as you smoke it.

baking soda works as a natural deodorizer as well and is also good at getting built up/ caked on grime off.

Hence the reason baking soda is a main ingredient in many toothpastes.

Hence the reason people put open boxes of baking soda in their refrigerators/etc.

91% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol. This will clean everything and anything. It will destroy all residue and smell, and it's cheap. Big jug is like 3 bux, and is more than enuff to clean out the whole hookah a few times. This is the only way I found to get the smell out of my nammor hose, after smoking Kashmir Peach out of it. Cleans fast, rinses out easily. This also works great for any glass pieces you have, so if you have a Jet Phunnel or glass screen, etc, it'll get all the nasties off with ease.
