stay away from portsmouth ohio, it has nothing.. the closest store that sales hookah stuff here is about 5 minutes away in greenup kentucky but it only has cheap chinese hookahs, a couple crappy shisha flavors and horrible coals.. im going to ironton next week to a place called granny's to see if they have anything better, if so i will post

Very good experience at Wonderland here as well.
Very fair prices. I tried out one of my favorite flavors Starbuzz Blue Mist.

Matt recommended Powerade in the bottom, which actually did make it SOOOOOOOOO much better.

I think I will have to make Wonderland the hookah destination now! Thanks Matt!

Hey what's up people, I just couldn't help but notice this post. I'm living down near Dayton, OH myself(just got here from Norwalk). Haven't really looked into many lounges in the area, but I know tobacco shops are few and far between. I'm a new hookah smoker, and I just got my Mya Econo-Gelato about 4 days ago. Love the thing, but I can't find a place to buy shisha where I'm at.

Question for you NE Ohio guys...

Did FireFly in Kent close down? I drove by there yesterday (Tuesday) around 7pm hoping to chill and get some homework done while I waited to pick up my girl from class. All the lights were off and it almost looked like the building was empty. I'm hoping it was just closed for the day or something.

I don't really know the answer to question myself. I'm sure there's some hookah lounges near cleveland, toledo, etc.. Heck, even Elyria probably has one. I'm going out on a limb to say tobacco shops probably carry a little. Seems to not be very well-known around here.

Hello all,
I live just south of Dayton in Miamisburg. I am new to hookah and this is what I have found so far in the area. I have not been to these places but obtained this info from Dayton Daily news website. Looks as if I will be doing alot of ordering off the web.

1) Chris Cochran of Therapy Cafe said the business has started selling hookah smokings flavored tobacco through a water pipe for $10 for the first fill and $5 for refills.
Hookahs will be available for sale on Therapy Cafe's outside patio located at 452 E. Third St. in the Cannery Lofts.

2) The Taste of the Mediterranean in Miamisburg has also opened its Al Madina hookah bar at 47 S. Springboro Pike. This place is only about two miles from my place and the patio was closed (winterized) when I went by last week. I will give full report when weather permits.

3) The Import House in Yellow Springs, which sales an array of hookahs and tobacco, said smoking hookahs is popular among college students who use it socially.

I'm going to feel like an idiot if they were open lol. I drove by twice and looked, but it was snowing pretty good outside. I'll take another look soon.
