Mix them up they'll be fine. I have mixed Nakhla with Starbuzz, Pharoah's with Nakhla, HH with AW you name it. LOL Never had any troubles with scorching or anything else.

ya just try it, if it starts to get harsh drop some coal and if it fails miserably just pack a new one

if one of the flavors is burning more than the other you can try layering them but it should be fine

Don't be afraid to mix! AF is especially easy to work with when combined with other brands.

Mix 'em up. Go for it. I mix different brands. The only problem I've encountered is a bad combination of flavors and thats it. :P

cool! i asked because i have several flavors that have too much of a harsh tobbaco-y (yeah i know it IS tobacco, but i mean a slight cigarry/cigarettey harsh pinch at the very end of my exhale) that i would like to calm down with some smoother staples of my collection.
thanks to everyone- i cant wait to get home now!

In my opinion, the best way to make a "smooth mix" with different shishas is to layer them. Put the strongest layer on the bottom and others on top. I also mix different flavors and brands from time to time but I love to layer; for example if you put a thin layer of mint just enough to cover the holes then put a layer of apple on top and you will get a nice smoke of the apple first then a light crisp mint on the exhale. You can layer any of your favorite shisha and experience the different taste of smoke due to the different levels of heat and sequence of heat. I'm smoking a layer of starbuzz almond on the bottom and af honey on top. Its flame. Have fun experimenting!
