for the 250g tubs

do you get them out of the plastic wrap and put them in the tub ?

or in the tub with the plastic wrap ?

another question

when you first receive you order , do you have to
accumulate it before using it ? or is it just for certain kinds ?

just another noob

i take it out of the wrap and put it in a zip lock bag and squeeze all the air out. then put it back in the tin it came in.

depends on the shisha, for AF if im smoking it fast like mint i just dump it in the tub, i will probably just start dumping it in the tubs any way, ill kill the tubs in 6 months tops probably. for nakhla i take it out of the silver bag and keep it wrapped in the brick shape and just put the plastic wrapped brick in a zip lock and keep it in the box to keep it organized. for starbuzz i keep it in a sip lock in the tin

the only shisha i dont use the packaging it comes in at least some what is tangiers and that is in the short ziplock/glad containers

I definatley agree with the twist and lock containers, especially since they come in different sizes. But you do not have to use ziplock. Kroger has their own brand that works just as good and half the price.

If the tub is air tight, just dump it in the tub. The important thing is to keep it in something air tight so it doesn't dry out.

I store my starbuzz in the can without a bag. They may not be perfectly air tight but close enough. My shisha doesn't stay around that long anyway. I would think that the can would be good enough if you plan to use it within 6 months.

the starbuzz tins get a weird coloring if any of the juices gets on it so im weary of it

as to air getting in, you want as little air exchange between the inside and out side, but the faster the shisha will be used the less important it is

Glass jars left over from jam and preserves - well washed. sometimes I keep it in the fridge . .I heard it preserves the flavor . ..Is that correct or am I using fridge space for nothing?

air tight means air should not be able to pass through the barrier.

as to taking the air out of the bags, i do so, it doesnt matter to much just it could dry out the shisha faster if you replace that air often by opening the bag and not squeezing the air out
