That is just what I read on the "smoke free AZ" website.

That sucks about food, I guess I will just have to use packaged food.

You can't have food at all is I believe what the law is we cannot even serve drinks unless it is in closed containers (bottles and cans) so that rendered our soda machine useless.

I'd be ordering from you all the time if you carried tangiers I don't think there is a place in AZ that carries tangiers

I could even do local pickup if you wanted. I am trying to get in contact with the owner of Tangiers to get wholesale prices.

Hey there KarmaHookah! i was wondering if there has been any progress on your online store. Reading the posts i am eager to purchase off you if the shipping rates are low. Seeing as i live in UK it is a problem and tend to pay $60 - 80 dollars just on shipping.
Hope to hear from you soon.

If you can keep the shiping rates as low as you have said you will have a lot of business including me. also you should consider carrying the Nakhla Mizo line that is some amazing shisha.

I wouldn't hold your breath saintrok. I don't think anyone in thier right mind would charge such a low shipping fee to the UK.

Good Luck Karma! It's tough to get started in any business right now, but it looks like your business will be a slam dunk just off of the AZ HP'ers alone!

I would love it if you carried CH coals, Fantasia, AF , Nakhla Mizo, Nakhla Regular, Tangiers. Fantasia is only carried by a few retailers and it bums me out cause they do not carry CH coals, its really annoying lol.

Seriously, if you had a lounge and served tangiers, I know that me and a buddy of mine (he posts as cjhopkins here) would be there CONSTANTLY... we probably dropped 100+ dollars on tangiers in San Diego at Eric's shop and while we were in San Diego it was phenomenal... we got back to AZ and it all went to crap we couldn't get it to acclimate. By the time it stopped smelling chemically, it was dry and burned quick status.

Also, I'd very much like to go to the lounge because most of the lounges i've been to in AZ over pack the bowl and it burns well before it ought to so i hope that your lounge would be the cure for that problem haha.

((and i wasn't really being serious about the HP discount that i posted a while back, i kinda feel bad about it because, as another poster said, kinda messed up to ASK for free stuff/discounts... but if you actually WERE to do that, i'd probably end up tipping the difference + extra back as a thank you))

Come to Urban Cafe then I guarantee you I would never overpack a bowl. Only when customers really start to piss me off I use a really small Egyptian bowl for them

Yes depending on the size of package, for example, small flat rate, box is 8"x 5" x1.5" in USPS is $4.80 on the internet, you pay more in the post office, that only fits some tobacco or charcoal in small quantities.
Medium flat rate box is,10" x 8" x 5.5" about $10.00. Large flat rate box is 12"x 12" x 5.5" and is approximately $14.00. Then the Envelope style,Flat rate box 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8" is around 10 dollars.
The thing about these boxes on some of them the height is 5.5" so if you are putting a hookah base in there and it's too wide it won't fit, so get your samples (hookahs) get free boxes at the post office and try it out, also wrap your glass pieces in foam, because every month about one or two breaks, of mine break, they are very rough with them. Order your boxes for free online through USPS, and that is the very basic USPS.

They can also pick up from your place of business but they need 24 hour internet notice, or take them down to post office yourself they will be delivered much sooner. I order my printer shipping labels from eBay they are very economical, and they work.
The other advantage is the fast shipping that comes with Priority flat rate, sometimes two days from California to New York.So charge adequately that you are not loosing your profit in shipping.

The problem I have with the UK is when I send my products over there, the government charges so much VAT and Royal Mail fees it's ridiculous. When I send stuff USPS they don't charge a fee to my client for retrieving the package, like Fed Ex or UPS does, because if on top of paying VAT (taxes) and Royal air mail fees, they charge you to take your package out of the DHL office, you end up paying double for your item. It has happened before, so be prepared when ordering from the UK, Spain has the same problem and now both of these countries have raised taxes on tobacco.
