Default Stem cleaning problem

So guys, i have a problem with my Amoura stem.

With my previous hookahs, i just used the cleaning things and with hot water the stem was cleaning fine.

But with the Amoura i have a problem the last days. I use the cleaning things and hot water but in the stem you can see something like water drops. I cant make the stem to shine. I use hot water, i use the cleaning shits but the drops wont go! There not static drops, sometimes they are in one place of the stem and sometimes to another! What i can do to make the stem shine?!

so like water spots after teh water dries? or is it just little droplets of water? And is it on the outside or on the inside? If its on the inside, just blow some air through it and they should go.

yea, i use lemon and baking soda too

it could just be the finish on the metal of the new stem. Tap water has a lot of nasty gunk in it that'll stick to really high-gloss, metallic finishes. Try cleaning it with bottled water, lemon juice, and baking soda
