I agree with redwing. This stuff should be no big deal. No vendor is going to look as meticulously at items they send out as the person that recieves them and even then the things you have pointed out are no reason for them not to sell them. The base is handmade. If you want something with less defects then get a modern base that is machine made.

Seeing this video made me much less sympathetic with you. I think you're having a hard time understanding that those products had to be shipped from Egypt and are hand made. The paint coming off the base is beyond common and something you always see with "KM" branded bases (even though they don't make the bases themselves). The white stuff on the hose looks like small pieces of packing peanuts to me. Kind of confused as to why you expected to get free Tangiers as well considering they already replaced everything you had issues with. Sorry if I'm coming off douchy but I really don't think it's fair to bash a vendor over something like this.

That's like more of a fuckup than most HookahSet wrong order complaints
