We ordered a KM Dual Tone Heart of Lion hookah, an extra base for one of our other hookahs, some Coco Jamra coals, and another Fancy Hose. Everything came in great condition. They upgraded the tray on the hookah to a gold trimmed one (which we requested), and even called before it shipped to verify that's what we wanted, and to let us know they were upgrading it for free. And they also threw in some extra 50g's into the order! This was our first time ordering from them, but we are very happy with the order. We're more then likely going to be placing another before the new year.
