what the opinion around here of caravan hoses? same/similar to nammor?

what about grand egyptian washable.

and finally, has anyone tried this one:

http://www.hookah-life.com/70-xl-alligator-hose.html

The alligator hose is not washable.

Grand is made by Caravan and is a washable hose.

I can't comment on the Caravan hose because I don't have it. However, I do have the grand washable and a Nammor. The grand washable is very similar to the Nammor. The differences are the mouth piece (not removable on the grand washable) and the texture of the hose. The grand washable is like a suede whereas the Nammor is more of a pleather. I will also add that the 'sweatbands' on the Nammor appear to be of higher quality than that of the grand washable because many 'strings' on the top band are coming loose on the grand washable.

Caravans are great hoses. Easy draw, and they are also washable.

Not all caravan hoses are washable. Caravan was making hoses well before they came out with the grand which is washable.

i know the alligator is not washable. the hoses i have now for my egyptian hookahs are not washable. i tend to smoke only a couple of flavors, and not that often, so washable for the egyptians is not a must. for these i like something similar to the KM PRO HOSE, wide gauge, big handle, something substantial.

i was only looking for one washable for my QT, hence my asking about the caravan.

i'm trying to find one sight to buy all the hoses. i saw the alligator on a site that has the caravan so i was wondering about it.

I was just making sure you knew what you were buying.

I must reiterate thought that not every caravan hose is washable. Are you talking about the Grand specifically?

It is washable, but I'm not 100% sure the mouthpiece is removable. I don't think any of the Caravan Grand Hoses have removable mouthpieces.

That is the Grand... and the Caravan washable. It was known only as the Caravan washable before it got bought, distributed and relabeled as the Grand by a certain vendor initially... but we will not mention him.

So basically you can buy that or the grand and you should get the same thing. There are some Grand hoses that have been made with removable tips so you may want to inquire about that if it matters to you.
