I'm assuming it fits on a wide range of bowls:

Your best bet is to get a wind cover that sits around the bowl rather than one that sits on. Otherwise it's going to greatly limit your options with coal management.

Make sure you get one with a handle too! haha I got the Taj windcover from them because the others were out of stock at the time. It gets hot within 5 minutes to the point you can't even touch it.

haha, yeah...I'm with everyone else. Go with a regular windcover. It probably fits the normal-sized bowl, but it looks like you covered the top of the bowl with a school teacher's recess bell.

Yeah, I'd probably just use foil as a windcover before I got that one. Go with the full size ones. Gives you more time with the heat management before it burns.

get 2 bean cans and cut the top and bottom off one then the top off another. the one with the bottom still on cut the top to have flaps so you can jam it in the can with no top or bottom. now all you have to do is just cut a hole in the remaining bottom. bam tangiers size windcover that wont blow away

Just being an echo, get a real windcover like John's quad metal windcover even if you don't have a phunnel because sooner or later you will. Another quick tip, if you are going to make a ghetto windcover from cans, be sure to remove the glue they use for the can cover. That is why my QT tray looks like crap after a long session before I got my windcover from John

I'd suggest the large windcover on Hookah johns site.

I second the large cover from John. In the long run if you plan on perusing a life of hookah smoking you will want a larger hookah...then a larger bowl and that tiny thing won't do it. If anything get a regular sized wind cover for now and when you start to upgrade, upgrade that as well. You will thank yourself for doing so

I've used one, they work better than regular windcovers as it keeps the heat more concentrated in a smaller area. I find myself taking it on and off often as some people do in their reviews which I found annoying. But still better than other windcovers.
That being said I don't like using windcovers, they look ridiculous. It definitely takes away from the mysterious and enchanting look of a hookah.
