It's all plant based because that is the cheaper option. I've never heard anything to the contrary from anyone that is into this stuff.

Its plant base. When you get it for hookah purposes make sure you buy "Food Grade", if you haven't already figured that out.

I get my glycerin at a baking supply store bakers use it to thin out their frosting when it gets too thick. Glycerin has a lot of common uses that most people don't see. I only use it as a finishing touch in my home made shisha-tobacco.

The way I understand it is all food grade glycerin is vegetable based. I am not too sure on that so don't quote me on this.

I need to stop at a baking store and pick me up some glycerin then. Don't like dry shisha.

maybe I smoke a lot but I've yet to have any of my shisha dry out on me. I had a kilo of AF grape for almost six months with no drying towards the ends.

I think every glycerin is okay to use (except the ones for booty uses lmao) I used the kind for the skin (its all pretty much pure glycerin. I have no choice since it is the only glycerin I have that is local to me) and it works very good. I had a tub of dried up AF grape that would burn easily and then I added glycerin and it worked wonders. It almost got as thick as starbuzz!
