Default Tips on packing Starbuzz.

I ordered myself a couple tins of Starbuzz and I finally got to try it out yesterday. I was smoking Pumpkin pie off a vortex and pomberry off a medium Phunnel bowl. I packed the tobacco in a bit tight. The problem i'm having is that I wasn't getting much taste at all.
Do you guys have any tips on how I should be packing starbuzz on a Vortex or a Phunnel.

Thanks
Kavka3

When I pack starbuzz into my phunnel I try and loosen it up so its not all packed together and dense. That always works for me, as for the flavor issue I would recommend not packing it super tight.

I would avoid a tight pack with starbuzz. Make sure the shisha is mixed well and just sprinkle the shisha in the bowl. O and make sure your pipe is clean. Hope this helped.

yea pumpkin pie has A LOT of flavor so if your not getting any flavor like everyone else said i would just pack it loosely.

After packing it lightly you can poke holes in between the tobacco to try and loosen it more for air flow

This process works really well for me:

Open the tin.
Mix the moassel around to release the aroma.
Realize I spent way too much money on a tin full of artificial flavors, glycerin, dye, and stems.
Open a package of Desi Murli.
Pack Desi Murli loosely in Egyptian bowl.
Apply foil.
Bliss.

LOL... No, to each their own, honestly. Just pack the SB loosely and it should be fine. This makes me really want to try DM though...

When I smoke SB out of my Vortex, I put the tobacco in a little above the holes. Then I press it down just so that it's below the holes.
Good flavor, good smoke, good times!
I also use 3 Cocobrico coals and a windcover to get it going, it needs a lotta heat.

When i pack SB in my funnel i tend to pack it moderately tight. I definitely don't cram it in there but I fill it up slightly above the rim then pack it down a tad so nothing will touch the foil. It always works well for me.

Once i started packing it this way, without blocking the holes, my friend stopped cursing at the vortex bowl and actually prefers to use it now.
