Default Starbuzz vs Starbuzz Exotic

I've never noticed a difference till now. I was at the store and i saw a tin of blue mist, but it was a lighter label and it said "exotic" on it. When i got home i noticed that my tin of blue mist has a dark label and it does not say "exotic" on it.

What's the difference between the two? Is it like a different line of starbuzz kind of like Layalina and golden layalina? Or Nakhla and Nakhla mizo?

It's like the difference between a brown turd and a greenish one.

Agreed, Everyone has their own tastes. Not sure if there is a difference in the Blue Mist and the Exotic Blue Mist.

I think only the 250G/Kilo Starbuzz shishas are called exotic (I assume just for marketing?) from what I've been looking at.

ALL blue mist tins along with the rest of the Starbuzz "special blend" flavors have the word "Exotic" on it. If you get a watermelon flavor or so, it doesnt say exotic, yet something like Melon Dew is exotic.

I think you were mistaken. The Exotic on the can of Blue Mist has always been there but you must have missed it.

If you want to prove me wrong, take a picture of the different tins.

And as for the price being different, I think that shop might be trying to rip you off.

(another theory of mine, maybe you had an old can of Blue Mist before they made the change calling certain flavors "exotic")

LOL...anyways to answer your question no there isn't any difference. Every tin I have has exotic on the label, even the "normal" flavors. Just marketing, it's all the same...

I have a can of Blueberry I got this summer and it says exotic on it. That was my theory as well until I checked what I had. But most the tins I have are from about a year or so ago.

Old Label and new label. Last can of blue mist I bought had the first pic label on it. I don't think their labeling is consistent.

You have proved me wrong.

My guess.

Just changed the label and added "exotic" into the name to seem more fancy.

I have a different PINK tin from when it came out to the PINK tin that is out now.

flavor-wise.. Nothing is different

I'm not against all fruity shishas. Just the bad ones. In my opinion starbuzz is the worst offender, it's expensive, tastes like chemicals, has an awful soapy mouthfeel and a nasty aftertaste. To top it all off, they sell it for four times what it's worth and use shitty business tactics that force other decent products off the market (my local source just told me that he can't get nakhla anymore, the distributors only want to carry starbuzz). And yet people buy it up in droves because it comes in a pretty tin and tastes like you're huffing a pixie stick.

For what it's worth, there are several washed and fruity flavors that I greatly enjoy, such as many Fumari flavors (Passionfruit, Mango, Raspberry, Black Cherry), some havana( Esp. Pomegranite), and some layalina (Lemon with Grapes!) and even Al Fakher (Grenadine, Mint, Eskandrani).

So, please understand I don't hate all fruity tobacco, just the really offensive ones.

Chill out dude. I was making a comment that struck me as funny.

You can disregard my distaste for the stated product, just as I can disregard your enjoyment of it. But if you're going to talk about it in public forum, then you're open to input from all opinions, even dissenting ones. That's the internet for you.

You're free to talk about how much you love starbuzz just as I am free to talk about how much I despise it... Especially when it's funny.

I was fine with what you posted. I was just merely stating that i would appreciate if people didn't make unnecessary negative comments. And yes i would appreciate input from others, on the topic that is stated. This isn't a thread for peoples reviews and opinions on starbuzz. That would be located over here http://www.hookahpro.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55 . This thread was posted with a question which i would appreciate people to answer.

It's not a matter of who loves or hates what, it's a matter of are you answering my question or not? Or even is your post relevant?
