Please take care to visit Egypt and Jordan first before visiting Israel otherwise you might have a problem visiting the latter. (matter of politics over there)

well aware of the "politics"..or should i say antisemitism?
i know that isreal has to be stamped in my passport last, and that i will need a new passport if i choose to travel to certain other countries in the world after having been there.

I think you need to check your facts before giving other people advice. You do not have to visit Israel first before Egypt or Jordan. Israeli citizens cross the borders and travel freely and vacation in Egypt an Jordan by the 1000s. As far as passport stamp that applies to other contries " AT WAR" with Israel like Syria and Lebanon but a workaround way is to stamp a seperate piece of paper instead of the actual passport.

antisemitism? Politics maybe but last I checked Arabs are also "Semites". Anyway, you are not going to have trouble stumbling across hookah shops or cafes specially in Jordan. They are everywhere like old town, sidewalk cafes, mega malls, resturaunts, poolside @ 5-star hotels , at the beachs...By the way the best place to sit down have dinner and smoke a hookah is at the beach.
