Arrow MY HOOKAH CAME IN

I just got my first hookah, (nammor giza) from HS. i am very pleased with most of my order, everything came in and was in working condition.

some questions i have are i got an egytion bowl with it and it is kinda chipped a little and not completly circlular. is this normal since its handmade?

also i got all the grommets i need but there is a small one that i dont know where it goes.

i got a large nammor hose and i wasnt expecting clear plastic i thought it was glass XD and the clear plastic was scratched and chipped a little

the base opening wasnt a perfect circle but it doent effect the air seal

these are just minor flaws in apperance. im probly just ocd XD let me know what you think

well for the grommets one goes on top of the stem where the bowl sits on, the biggest goes on the bottom of stem where it goes into the base, and maybe ur small grommet is for the hose? cus one goes in the hose port hope thats what ur refering to

Most egyption bowls are usually not perfectly circular, it shouldn't be an issue with smoking though. You might have to use differnet grommets though if it is really mis-shappen but I doubt it.

Your hose is going to wear out, they all do. Of all the parts on the hookah it is the most fragile. Dont worry about a few chips or scratches, you'll be replacing your hose in about 6 - 12 months anyway.

Nammors last awhile, and depending on your smoking habits you might not have to worry about a replacement. For now, I'd call the company you ordered from let them know. I just had to do so about my hose I had come with my new KM, see the link below.

I'm not sure why the hose would be chipped. I just got my Nammor in from Hookah-shisha.com too and it is in perfect condition.

The acrylic mouthpieces have been known to completely crack in half, so I don't see why chipping would be impossible, contact H-S and see if they'll send you a replacement mouthpiece.

Congrats on your hookah! Anyways, all sorts of things happen during shipment. If anything, you could contact customer service.

Congrats on your Nammor! I love that hookah Anyway the small chip on the bowl might mean it was damaged during shipment. I wouldn't get too concerned about the base not being perfectly circular but if it is odd looking and non-standard I would email HS about it as well. The small grommet they sent you is probably for you just in case you wanted to use a standard Egyptian hose with a small hose port so you can tightly fit it into your stem.
