Default Starlight Natural Coals

These are by far the best coals I have ever tried. I think they could easily be the king of coals!!! I found them at a store in Tampa and fell in love! I can't find them online but they are well worth it. I got 72 for $7 I believe and that was in store. They last close to an hour and they light extremely quickly. The ash is sheets which is really nice.

Mods: this could go in the review section but I wanted to get more word out for them and generate more discussion for them as Coconaras are on the front page very frequently.

I just picked these up to try out

bang for your buck hands down these are the best

take out the money factor they are not quite as good as coco Nara

but for less than half the price I may just make the switch after I run through my Nara supply

Agreed. I haven't given the CN coals much of a chance (I'm big on CH coals) but why should I when I can get Starlights for under $4 / 72 pcs just a few miles from home?

I didn't know Starlight made natural coals. I am a big fan of their quick lights though.

You really should try their finger coals! They light nearly as fast as the quick lights since you have to wait for QLs to ash over

Ever since I got these I've used nothing else at my own home. Here it's around $3.50 for a box of 70 something. They last around an hour, ash surprisingly little but easily, even heat, have the shape I want and give no taste/smell.

While I may try CNs now and then, this is now the coal of choice for me.

Yep, I have to agree with the rest. Starlight is all I use now, QL or Nats. I pick the Nats for 2.79 /72pc at Cleopatra and the QL for 3.99/100pc. I think the Nats are great value and the QLs in my opinion beat 3Kings since they are more dense and last longer.

I use these too cause they are the only ones i can get locally although online still but saves time on shipping and much cheaper. they light super quickly, odorless and i had a session yesterday that lasted almost 2 hours with one set of these coals.
