Hehe don't try the milk..it sucks >_<

Check your hookah for leaks! Do it by (b4 setting everything up) putting your palm over the stem/bowl part. Suck through the hose and if you feel a tug at your palm and no air escaping, no leaks. But if there is, try to find the leaking air and find it and make that part of the hookah airtight

Milk builds a body strong...but not good in Hookah! Make sure you are sealed correctly and I usually seal the foil tightly....

Make sure you pack your bowl fluffy, Use 1 layer of Reynold's HD foil, make decent sized (round toothpick sized) holes in your foil, and poke the toothpick down through the holes in the bowl to be sure you have good airflow. I'm not sure what kinda coals your using, but get some naturals (Exotica's, coconara, Smiley's coconut coals). I use Exotica's and I use 1/4 of a stick on an Egyptian clay bowl. I always use a windcover. I get big clouds nearly everytime and I get a 1 hour session out of this set up.

don't poke your holes too small or you will need to put a lot of holes in the foil.
don't pack the tobacco down just let it kind of drop into the bowl so it has better airflow.
good luck.

check your hookah for leaks by assembling all the parts together and hitting on the hookah. getting some air? not good your hookah has a leak/s. if not then try cutting your tobacco int little flakes and then put them in the head. don't pack the head! also make lots of small holes with a thick needle. remember to leave a slightly bigger hole in the center.

I have seen problems of low smoke on the following:

1. leaky hose
2. badly placed foil over the bowl or too little holes on the foil
3. to much tabacco wedged into the bowl.
4. bowl not attached properly to th hookah
5. Hose not properly connected to the hookah
6. Coal imporperly placed - make sure the choal is fully light up and not black - place the coal flat side on bottom - allow to sit for 5-8 min on the bowl
7. Depending on the coal and where you placed it you may not be generating enough heat.

First step, Check the Hose for leaks (plug one side and suck on the other)
Second step, check the stem for leaks (plug one side and suck on the other)
Third step, attach the stem to the base and check for leaks (plug the top of the stem and each hose port you are not testing, and suck on each hose port, rotating plugging each hose port as you test them all)
Forth step, plug in the hoses and check all the hose ports for leaks (plug the top of the stem and each hose you are not testing, and suck on the hose you are testing)
Fifth step, attach your bowl and check that for leaks (cover the bowl with your hand and all but one hose and suck to check for leaks)

Hope that helps!? That is an easy way to test all components and find any air leaks you may have.
