You should rinse it out a whole lot after using soap. A brush would really help with this process. I will never use soap to clean my hookah. Id just go to the store and get some lemon juice before I would even consider.

Once you get some lemon juice clean it out real good with it and some baking soda. That should get the soap residue out.

Yeah I know what you mean about wanting to smoke. If I'm ready to smoke I gotta do it right away or I go crazy since I think about it till I do.

Eck handsoap totally stains the hookah with the smell/taste and can make you sick.

Get some alcohol+vinegar that is diluted and scrub out the step with dishwashing soap (small amount). rinse thoroughly with warm water and your good to go.

ugh i cant stand the smell of vinegar, no thanks lol. ill stick with the lemon and baking soda lol. its the only way thats worked for me. aside from submerging it in a bathtub and violently running everything through the water.

thats what i used to do when i first got my orginal, it made me wonder what i could do to make it smell nice again lol

Lol vinegar always works for me when I have really bad smells in the stem of my hookah...But never put too much and always dilute it with water or else it will probably make ur hookah smell bad
