Check out Hookahcompany.com, Mnhookah.com, *************.com. All three have great selections and reasonable prices. Id suggest a medium sized KM or Mya. Theres tons of other great vendors, those are just the ones im familiar with. Post some images when you order one.

www.*************.com is an active vendor here and has great customer service, check out some of his MZ's, they are awesome hookahs that will last a long time. He also has tobacco deals going on as well.

I'll back up the advice you've already been given.
I would also advise against buying the cheapest thing you can find. Stick to a KM, MZ, Mya, or some other well-regarded hookah. A good hookah will ensure that you have the best possible experience and the most fun. Properly taken care of, it'll last you years, and any cost of the hookah will be overshadowed by what you spend on shisha and coals.

Good luck, and don't hesitate to ask for opinions in the forum!

And for an idea of how the vendors do, check out the vendor review section. All of our active vendors have amazing customer service.

no such thing as a "beginner hookah". Usually that translates into "Crap". You just need to make a purchase. I would recommend a Mya cause they take a ton of abuse, are easy to clean and carry around, and can switch between hose numbers (1-4) on most stems. Buying replacement parts is easy as well.

Your price range also needs to be considered. MYAs are the higher priced hookahs. KM and MZ are around the same range and Syrians can run all over the price range. Any of the three main ones and well built Syrians will smoke like a beast. Just make sure that what you buy has a stainless steel(not plated galvanized steel) or brass construction. And this is not a hit on the MYAs. They are great machines but always out of my price range when considering a hookah.

Ok, I'm not going to lie. Those are some fantastic Syrians. As to how many hoses, that's going to be preference. You can always add a hose adapter mod they sell and add the extra hose later. Sadly it looks as though you will be waiting for that one as all show "Pre Order" on them. Too bad, they look sweet.

Actually if you use the Hookahpro discount code for hookah-shisha it would be 15% off. 5% more than the offer using the syrian code. Too bad you can't combine them both, but the forum discount would get you to $100 and change. Check out the vendor codes for the exact one for them.

If you want to experience Hookah, and not spend a whole lot of money, then get a "pumpkin" or "widow" hookah. They cost about $20, and they smoke as good as a big appliance. Myself, I have a whole collection of big hookahs, and I keep the little pumpkin for a quick smoke session. It is easy to clean, and easy to transport. It is not designed for heavy, multi-user smoking, but for $20, who cares?

i'd get an MZ from pimpyourhookah.com , the prices are insanely good and its a very quality rig.

dont buy off ebay or get chinese crap, it will fall apart and your "beginner hookah" will be a lesson in not buying crap.

as my father used to say "we're too poor to buy cheap shit"
